Welcome to Peter Warner's Website and Cat Art
Peter Warner is a professional artist, designer and illustrator. He studied painting at the Royal Academy Schools and is described as "the leading feline artist of our time". (Angela Sayor Rixon, former President of the Cat Association of Great Britain.)
As well as specialising in creating animal icons for advertising, he has illustrated over fifty adult, children's and wildlife books among them five major works on domestic and wild cats, as well as the current best-selling Cats of Moon Cottage books. He has designed many international advertising icons such as Whiskas and Friskies cats and Hush Puppies Dogs, and has vast experience of animal imagery. All his artwork is based on first hand observation of animal behaviour and movement.
